We have instant download and when the confirmation of the payment is received you are sent a download link to your designs.
Because of the nature of our product we do not issue refunds.
In the case of a possible corrupt downloaded files, it/they will be replaced after proof of purchase has been established.
That being said we will work with our customers as best as we can to resolve any problems.
